👉 Don't just collect testimonials. 

 

Do this instead: 

1. Identify and write out 3-5 specific outcomes your buyer craves

2. Go get a unique customer testimonial for each one

 

For example:

1. My buyers really want 24/7 access to customer service in real-time

2. "OMG! I called Acme Company at 2am expecting to leave a voicemail, and Julie answered! She was so sweet and patiently answered all my questions. You guys are SO HELPFUL, thank you!!"
