Fresh out of college, I dove headfirst into the startup world, and despite the promise, my two ventures failed — one after raising $3M and another from bootstrapping. With a new wife and the impending arrival of our child, I felt the weight of responsibility like never before. I traded the startup grind for a steadier path in agency sales, later pivoting to corporate marketing. To my surprise, it wasn’t just about numbers or pitches; it was about human connections, understanding needs, and finding solutions.

At my last agency, my team and I revamped our marketing strategies, focusing on vertical markets, customer relationships, and innovative campaigns.
