Niching down is not a marketing strategy

You're missing the point if you think niching down is a marketing strategy.
It's tempting to think that niching down is just a clever marketing strategy.
It's not.
Niching down is a whole business strategy.
It only “works” when you can actually solve a specific problem for a specific audience (i.e. your niche), not just sell them on the idea you can.
Questions to ponder:
1️⃣ Am I approaching niching down as a marketing strategy or a whole business strategy?
2️⃣ How much additional value could I create for my niche customers if I specialized in solving their unique problems?
