How many leads do you need for outbound?

Get enough for two weeks of dials

Are you building an outbound sales program for your agency?

Do you know how many leads each seller should get?

Rule of thumb: Multiply the number of dials per day by 10.

For example, let's say your seller does 30 dials per day. They need 300 leads. (30 x 10 = 300)

Here's the rationale: Your seller will make it through their list every ten days or two weeks, giving each lead persistent attention over a long period.

I partner with founders who want to build something meaningful, not just a busier agency, but a stronger, more scalable business.

You’re likely a strong fit if:

    • You’re generating $1M–$20M+ annually
    • You want to lead your market, not blend into it
    • You’re thinking about long-term scale, not short-term tactics
    • You want a growth engine that doesn’t rely on you
    • You value clarity over complexity
    • You’re open to advanced growth levers, including acquisitions
