Writing a book exposed gaps in my expertise I didn't know existed
Nothing forces clarity like writing.
What you think you understand will get tested. Hard.
I thought I understood specialization inside and out, but writing ‘Anyone, Not Everyone’ forced me to refine my thinking even more.
It made me sharper. More focused. Less tolerant of fluff.
The biggest surprise is how I now approach my own work.
When you’re forced to explain something clearly, you see the gaps in your own logic. It made me rethink how agencies position themselves, how they communicate value, and what truly makes a business stand out.
Writing a book was about deepening my own understanding.
If you think you understand your expertise, try writing it down... and watch how much you grow.
