Narrow down, then scale up
Scaling up your agency happens when you narrow down your focus.
It's counter-intuitive, but I'll explain.
When you work with clients in a vertical over and over, you begin to see patterns everywhere.
Patterns in:
- marketing
- sales
- offers
- onboarding
- service
- fulfillment
...and so on
As you identify these patterns, you can elevate them into written processes.
As you use the processes, you'll discover repeatable actions that software and systems can replace (either in part or whole).
With software and systems replacing human effort, you'll do more with less effort...while maintaining quality.
And that's how you scale.
