  1. Stop selling features (anyone can copy those)
  2. Start selling your proprietary system
  3. Focus on outcomes, not activities

Example: Instead of showing prospects your Ahrefs data, show them how you've helped similar businesses in their vertical achieve specific results. Mystery creates margin.

The more you explain, the less they'll pay.
