How Process Scaled Scorpion

When I joined Scorpion as CMO, we were at $20M. Six years later? $150M. The fuel was a well-defined process—clear, repeatable, proven. You need one too. Let me break it down:

  • Give It a Name: At Scorpion, we had a system called “Scorpion Advertising Machine” or SAM. Name yours—say, “Growth Blueprint.”
  • Map the Steps: We laid out how we took clients from stuck to thriving. What’s your path?
  • Sell the Framework: We’d say, “Our process grew a franchise 24%—yours is next.”

Here’s what I mean: an attorney firm asked how we’d deliver. We showed them, “Our system—data, creative, execution—added 2x leads.” They bought in—and grew.

Here’s why this works: a process builds trust. Chaos doesn’t.
