3 Weekend Questions to Transform Your Agency

I’ve got three powerful questions I want you to sit with this weekend.  

These aren’t random questions. They’re the same ones I ask my clients when they’re ready to break free from founder-led sales and finally specialize their agency the smart way.  

Here they are:

  1.   If you had to choose just one vertical to specialize in starting Monday, which vertical would give you the biggest advantage based on your current client wins, expertise, and network? What’s stopping you from making that move right now?
  2.   Think about your absolute best-fit client — the one who gets the best results from working with you, loves your approach, and refers others like them. What do they have in common that could help you find more just like them?
  3.   If your agency’s website homepage could only say one sentence to explain why your agency exists and who it serves, what would that sentence be? Would it be obvious to your ideal client that you are “the one” for them?

Take 10 minutes, write down your answers, and be brutally honest with yourself.  

The agencies that *really scale* don’t do it by accident — they specialize with intention and clarity.
