These are prospects not actively looking for an agency, but not completely satisfied with their current solution either. How might you reach them before your competitors do?

Would it pass the USI test of being Uniquely Striking and leaving the right Impression? Or would it be just another branded item that ends up in a drawer?
Question #3: Where does your agency fall in the continuum between "market generalist" and "vertical specialist"?
