What's Included

We start with an onboarding call where we discuss your current challenges and identify the key issues you want to work on. If there are quick wins, we’ll prioritize those.

Accountability/status update calls every other week for three months

You have direct 1:1 access to me via Slack, email, and phone.

You can contact me any day or time with questions. I reply within 24 hours but usually more like 90 minutes during business hours.

What's not included

My advisory services do not include work product or specific deliverables created by me. Instead, my role is to help drive accountability, do 1:1 coaching, and provide you with recommendations and time-tested advice.

Unfortunately, I cannot include free-for-all access to me by your entire organization. Instead, I will work with you 1:1.
